the board have made it clear value lies far north of $1. my tip is next move is an on market bid rather than more offer to the board, which will get the same answer unless it has a 2 in front of it. at least an on market bid may loosen significant stock despite the boards position. $1 wont move it, has to be well north of current but could be well below $2. im tipping $1.5 - $1.75
