the MEO problem is not the fault of the registry - it was the fault of a broking house failing to deliver on time.
Re MPO - Link have been a little slow to bank cheques (up to 3 days) and then there is a further delay before conversion is effected as the list of options waiting to be converted is sent to the company for approval. Once the company gives its approval the registry then effect the conversion. Additional delays occurred at MPO last week because the company secretary was o/s.
