Put this way, if you found a $100 on the street, you would look around for more. Where there's one, there might be more.
The same applies with minerals. Where there is a great resource, there might be more. It's not to say this is a winner, but in the mineral exploring world this is as close as you get to sure thing.
The only problem is, what's a sure thing?
