Personally I think the next phase, or phases, for WBT are well documented and backed up by great technical analysis from a few posters here. The big problem for this stock right at this moment is - it's still a ways off. If you think the technology is sound, and you believe in WBT's management, then try to pick the lows and then - hang on.
