If you look at 99% of the penny stocks, 100% of them have a hopeless story when their SP were at record lows---like NDO,NWE,WHN,PLA,MNM,CEO.RXL...Which I all picked them at the bottom price range before.

I have same worries and complainings when SP was 18c, but I really donot worry too much at 6-7c range.

Multi baggers Penny stocks have common features:

1,Must got sth big/huge to lure investors--brag. MUST
2,Must got major improvment-- good drill/seismic/result, production increase......
3,Institutional investor's JV announcement
4,Broker's analysis which attract Investor's notice
5,Takeover talks, Global Giants's interest.

Unfortunately, CTO got all of the above 5 major upcoming breakthrough factors.
