Had a dream the other day that FAR announced the end of March for the CR.
This offer was open to all existing shareholders, for an unlimited amount of shares, at $1 per share.
When FAR were queried by the press why their offer was pitched at much higher than the present SP value ?. They responded,
Because the timing of the CR will coincide with the end of the tight hole policy !
