This is a great post Lavo1...the money required to manipulate a SP such as our little oiler is 'Chump-Change' for larger oilers with an objective to save hundreds of millions of dollars....I just dont know if that is what is occurring at the moment...it may just be a little early in the scheme of things....more than likely shorters at work IMO...hopefully they will be gone soon as we move into the serious parts of this appraisal program.
