No need to be sorry Zacma, but such was my ignorance of the social niceties (or un-niceties) of internet chat site slang that following our recent conversation I had to google wiki for "troll" to find out what it meant. The latter has quite a treatise on the subject and also on the subject of the treatment of newcomers.
Difficulties arise in the necessarily subjective nature of the application of these terms but I have learned a little more about the problems created for some people by "trolls" and their "biters" and for that am in your debt
