So your interpretation of "committed funds required to be held in $US" is that this likely refers only to those funds already due in relation to expenditure on previous drilling (but not yet paid) and not funds for "committed" for future expenditure?
With respect to having sufficient funds for the first 2 wells, I know we are not privy to all the FAR JV terms and conditions, but I am wondering whether a hypothetical typical JV would normally commit to and begin a firm forward drilling program without all JV partners being demonstrably fully funded for that program before it began??
