I have a decent chunk of incoming finances at the end of September which I plan to invest every cent into more TMT shares if it's still trading in this range..

I have had to sit on the sidelines for the past 8 Months with nothing more to spare to pick up TMT at these prices..
But 30th September I can finally increase my lot by a decent chunk..
So if anyone wants to know an absolute sure thing, EPA approval and 100% financing announcements will be coming out a few days before end of September, along with exploded share price.
