RL - Pre-Feasibility Study Presentation - notice to market 02/11/2020, stated the remaining announcement this year was Stage 1 EPCM Awarded. All the other milestones have been met (I believe...).

Nothing would make an EPCM contractor happier than to be awarded a project prior to Christmas to kick off in the new year, therefore there could be an announcement theoretically as late as Wednesday (I think the ASX closes through Christmas).

Cash burn is likely to last until March(ish), then it will either be a CR, as you say or the JV has come through.

In the event there is no update (EPCM nor JV), your're right in expecting the SP to slide south, how far is anyone's guess.
