Well done indeed, good job taking the profits and paying down the mortgage. Definitely at 32c MSB was a very good price and well worth roll of the dice next challenge is to build on your gains i reckon and that likely means doing plenty research and some educated guesses unlikely they'll all be winners so worth savouring.
HC is or has been for me an ok sounding board and source of info if you can ignore the noise from the uppers & downers for this the ignore button is extremely useful tool.
