    Anyone see the article in Fridays AFR re - new home loan product for Wizard?

    Its the one the gov. were talking about earlier in the year, lender retains equity of 50% in the property.

    ie; You purchase only half of the property.

    Read as though it was for first home buyers only, but if its for everyone its going to create another property boom.

    No doubt all of the other lenders will get on board with this product.

    Looking forward to further discussion.
