To be fair, I initially bought BKW a little while ago mostly to get access to SOL, cheaper. At the time at least it seemed like a much better deal than buying SOL directly. So the exact valuation of the property assets isn't as important to me. Right now they look undervalued by the market imo, so I'm perfectly happy. But personally I'm just not too sure if they're as undervalued by the market as 37 dollars, or whatever the face value / back of the envelope comes out as.
