BKW is close to my largest holding, have a lot of faith in the Milners.
However I would take all the property numbers with grain of salt, as Australian listed property in general may be suffering from a valuation dispute. Think of the recent NTA gaps in REITs, commercial property etc. According to the REITs, many are at 30 - 40% under NTA. The market just doesn't agree, values them at less, and apparently also does so for BKW.
I wonder what will happen, but time will tell. My uneducated guess - the price may dip a bit in the short to medium term. in the latest AGM, Lindsay Partridge forecasted a slow down in the bricks business in 2023, which together with a general property down turn in Aus, may provide a good buying opportunity for BKW imo.
I'll be buying, have great deal of faith in these guys are stewards of capital over the long term.
