I don't think it's a seller but a buyer that's keeping the shares down.
BJ has a put call arrangement with HSBC custody nominees for 10million evg.
He can purchase anytime at 7.5c or is required to buy shares on 15dec at 6c.
They are being shorted imo otherwise hsbc could be giving them away.
