Next push higher ?

Coupla charts here, 1st is weekly over 13 years; it has the basing pattern around .05 for 5-6 years, (jump in 2010/11 notwithstanding). Double bottom confirmed with close over ~ .20; pretty solid and consistent since then (2nd chart). That's a new high (closing) today.

No volume to speak of so must be tightly held.



I note that the buy side has doubled in the past couple of days - buy/sell pressure has completely reversed - that's blue over red.



Still volumes and liquidity are really light.

Is something afoot ?
