L7C, agree re all of the above, except Frank selling.
This is his baby, and no matter what, I think he will stay with the ship.
He stepped down as CEO because it was the right time to hand onto more experienced personell, and unfortunately for him got caught in the sweeping reforms.
I think he will ride this one out, and wouldnt mind betting he adds value down the track with some other tinkerings like the SPL.
