I feel your pain though fortunately I only need 12c to exit gracefully and in terms of my portfolio not a huge exposure. I have very little faith in the BOD achieving much but I am optimistic that an announcement if it shows promise for the company might move the SP upward and get me closer to break even - I'm happy to sit and wait and see what happens in the new year and make a decision if I am going to wear a loss to exit assuming something miraculous doesn't happen.

Will it get to 12c for me to escape - I'm not optimistic but I have seen other stocks where I had sat with nothing happening and all of a sudden with a good announcement it took off - ESH being the most recent example in my portfolio.
