Its definitely the 27th of june. The notice was lodged the 27th of march and the effect date was 90days later.
We should get the update on friday about the new agreements.

Dow Chemical Company Distribution Agreement (“DOW Agreement")
The Financial Report for the Half Year ended 31 December 2013 reported that Antaria Limited (“Antaria”) had lodged a Notice of Termination pursuant to the DOW Agreement. The effect of the Notice of Termination is that the DOW Agreement would terminate on 6 April 2015. On 27 March 2014, Antaria lodged a Notice of Early Termination pursuant to a separate provision of the DOW Agreement. The Notice of Early Termination has the effect of terminating the DOW Agreement ninety (90) days after the 27 March 2014 lodgment date. The timing of the lodgment of the Notice of Early Termination is in accordance with the terms of the DOW Agreement. Antaria is concluding new distribution arrangements for ZinClear-IMTM in the North American territory and expects to have these new arrangements operational on the early termination of the DOW Agreement. This will ensure Antaria is in a position to continue to supply its North American customer-base.
