wrt Adelaide vs Melbourne skill base I was not really thinking of the operational level so much, and please be assured that on balance my stance is one of query rather than of assertion.
Regardless imho it is the disruption wrt current staff that is more important imho. I remember from an earlier life how difficult it is to entice Melburnians interstate, and I've never subscribed to the everyone is simply replaceable/interchangeable doctrine.
