Agree about some divestment, but not sure about Chile.
With OZL deciding to firmly focus on copper seems to me Chile might be a valid part of that mix, afterall Chile is copper central.
Agree with your reservations about moving people from Melbourne. Same risk with recruiting in future also, as I am not sure Adelaide has the same skills network as Melbourne. Moving HO to Adelaide might mean offices in both places and/or a lot of travel between the two for meetings with consultants, advisors etc.
