    The joint venture agreement with Dental
    Imaging Group Australia that should deliever $500,000 to $600,000 in profits to IMI per annum.
    Operating cash outflow last quarter of only $0.305m based on only 6 weeks of trading by the Mark Scott Group. Revenue for that period was $0.546m so with a full quarter of revenue the outflow should be turned into inflows IMO.
