You can see the excellent buying of the bid average per acerage of $25 paid by 88E compared to Great Bear average purchase of $212 an acre
Great Bear have been in Alaska for a longtime and they know what's there hence paying $212 an acre so how does that rate the excellent buying of 88E whom only paid approx 10% of great bears price only a couple of miles away
