Sometimes the people involved at TSI (TSN) are in India and not in the offices in Perth. They are usually there to run the business and more importantly develop the client base ie get new contracts etc. If you have any serious query you can just email Gary Foster, he is a great CEO in terms of answering questions about the business. Of course he wont tell you information that isnt in the marketplace but he is really good at answering any general question. As for the quarterly etc, we are awaiting this today or tomorrow.
