    Forgive me if this is a basic question, but in the appendix 4c just announced this is the wording:

    "On 6 August 2013 TSI reduced its shareholding in TSI India Pvte Ltd from 100% to 28.83%. TSI India is no longer a controlled entity or consolidated within the Group."

    Why would TSN get out of TSI if they are on the cusp of boom?
