Bearing in mind Bendigo's rubber mallet;
Apart from the capacity believed to be openning up due to end of life of another mine somewhere, there is always the possibility of VRX payig to create new capacity at the port from cashflow.
If the market and the proffitiability is there, spending a large sum of money - say for sake of discussion $200m but who knows, out of the cash flow of, again say for discussion, $750m, to double cappacity so that the following year you get $1,500m would be a good use of the money. In that scenario you could imagine the company value doubling quite easily.
Bring on the BFS so that mind experiments like this can be based on rational numbers, at least as far as the sand mining side of things go. I have no idea how much it costs to develop an export facility but it must be manageable or other companies would not have established them.
