Know one knows if research grants will continue for sure. I guess it's similar to knowing if negative gearing will brought to an end. It's very clear that all these tech stocks rely on the government for support though.
On your second question i would point you to what Michael Nark has said in most webenairs over the last 12 months each time he was asked that question. He knows the answer better than us predicting.
