They already have their ML and fully approved PEPR through the South Australian Department of Mines. RNU applied for theirs late last year. October by memory.
I believe it took them around 8-12 months to obtain the approval.
It will be interesting to see who out of MRC and RNU will obtain all of their approvals first. Both environmental approval applications are with their state governments for approval.
