Some interesting figures in relation to Northern Gold - NNG.

The takeover offer is AUD 2.38 plus one GBS Share for every 14 NNG Shares.

NNG have approx 300 Million shares issued.

Operation is 7.5 million Tonnes for 1.1 million ounces of Gold at 4.3 GT - which appears to be underground not surface like WTE.

That obviously affects profitability as WTE need an Excavator and about 1/2 dozen Dump Trucks compared to the significantly higher costs for an underground operation.

Looking at the figures and without doing any detailed research methinks the Eagle is looking good. Very good in fact....................
