DD005 as a whole will also be interesting as this is the only hole of the first 7 which was drilled on the eastern lode. The newly authorised 4,000m RC drilling will all be in the eastern lode “where pegmatites are shown to be thicker and remain open north, south and at depth with multiple stacked pegmatite intervals.” This RC drilling “will be focusing on the deeper systems.” Remember MD says core has been improving “dramatically” at depth.
fingers crossed that drilling first holes in the historic tantalum pit was the wrong area, and that there’s lithium to be found along these other lodes and/or in the other pegs that have been mapped.
