If they already knew that the shipments are not guaranteed the why the fark they keep promising it to the market over and over again??!!?

It is like feeding the shorters big Macs and keeping them ammunition to short the fark out of this stock.

If SDV deal was not imminent before the end of the year , why put a time frame on it?

the sp would have been much more healthier had they said , no shipments are expected this year and then boom come up with 3 in 6 months.

Instead of under promising and over delivering this management is doing exactly the opposite of over promising and under delivering.

Instead of having death but thousand cuts , have a one big blow and then recover.

I can only see it deliberately playing in the hands of the shorters. no two ways about it.
