Haha.. I think you're being a little bit unfair tbh, and we all know I have been critical of management in the past.
Simon just started his new role on 1/7/19, and you expect him to mine, process, and ship guidance which was set before his start date? He spent his first few weeks meeting the team, getting to know the industry, and meeting customers and suppliers.
I'll give him a year, and so far he's done quite well in the communication front for his first 100 days.
