I completely agree with thesi here. It's not about patience, it's about GXY just not performing on many fronts ..

I don't have the same admiration for Anthony that most here have, being a young investor in this company. From my perspective if was right for him to have been pushed from CEO, the lack of performance of GXY rest's squarely on his shoulders.

We are in this position now, with lack of enough contracts to absorb our Li output, because of Anthony. Buck stops at the CEO.

This new CEO can't come soon enough, but whats sad is there will be a period of a few quarters that we should expect GXY to continue to under-deliver, due to the new CEO having to settle in and restructure as he sees fit.
