I guess the question is ... why do convertors have stockpile? We were told spodumen was in over supply because converters were upgrading .... so they were unable to process the spodumen .... YET they have stocks of their output .... why?
Why can't they sell their output? Is their clients upgrading too? Or is there actually an oversupply across the board?
