While on the subject of shipping, the annual report reveals that the 5 mtpa SD model envisages transshipping ore to Cape size carriers which I assume would eliminate dredging beyond what they might do now , as opposed to bringing Pamamax carriers into port.
Also no requirement for reclaiming land...
