Whilst GRR has been an amazing investment for me and many others I do believe it is now approaching a level where the upside SP appreciation from current levels is going to be more modest which is why I have taken some off the table here.
I think it is worth remembering that the last two dividends have been exceptional and I would caution thinking this will stay as a given.
