POSCO would make a great partner for Southdown and there should be no problems in the Aust Fed Govt approving them - POSCO is huge and is ranked in the top 150 companies world-wide.
I would expect the next Port Kembla shipment to be announced within the week and will follow Manousos P into Port Latta around the end of this month.
