Hi CoYs. Regarding how they hold their cash it needs to ne in whatever currency their expenses are in. Presumably AUD. The point of the cash is a buffer in a downturn so they can pay their expenses if things ever get nasty hence it needs to be in the currency those expenses are in. If they put it in something different like gold it adds more risk.
