$1 share price would put the Market cap at approx ~400mil.

It's not a huge stretch to imagine it hitting this price - afterall gxy has been trending down for a while now. Currently NPAT / Year for GXY is somewhere between 60-90mil according to my calcs (assuming current li02 prices and a full year of production without expansion)

Still I think the long term outlook is solid and I would imagine that the current price represents a decent entry point if you intend to go long. But short term sentiment in this sector is wishy washy as best right now with all this talk about oversupply.

I hope as much as the next person that sentiment recovers to what I consider to be fair value - but if not just remember to keep topping up if you believe in the end game.
