Listed companies are regulated by the ASX listing rules and the corporations act.
When a company has information to give to the ASX it is obligated to do so, the company can not fabricate information. Penalties include suspension from trade and delisting, it is no joke.
This company is complying with its obligations nothing more and absolutely nothing less. The quarterly report and cash flow is what they will give the market. And hence the market will decide the direction to go in.
Thats how it works.
