I suggest you read what Joe Lowry has to say about that report. This bloke is on the ground getting his information unlike the brokers who always seem to get their info second hand. Unfortunately as with the report in Febuary these latest comments will more than likely have a similar effect, proof being that you are quoting what is being said.
