Better read on up on regulations regarding rumour spreading on forums, if ANY of the commissions determine, that your comments in any way, could or have caused any form of price destruction, or harmed the company, its employees or reputation, you WILL be held accountable!
This is classed as an unlawful act.
Its not just ASIC you need be concerned about here, mining and construction companies fall under several different jurisdictions.
