I think you’re all assuming that when BoD or SS ‘pour millions’ in that it’s on the same playing field as buying a few thousand worth on the ASX, their access to control and their assuredness of being looked after when things get nasty and Pala or others want more control is different from the rest of us small fish. Owning AJM shares isn’t looking the same as owning their debt or being party to board level activity. My trust in the BoD is at a low point following their recent massive miss, I’m fearful of SS and Pala carving things up on their own terms - neither needs a strong SP to meet their objectives, one wants to keep collecting interest or take control if the payments dry up, the other wants spod, neither is interested in making retail shareholders rich indeed quite the opposite.
