Names, you are correct regarding no final sales figure in the price query which I would put down to three possibilities:
1. An oversight
2. They did not see the need to mention it in there response as they had already notified the market on the 20th August.
3. The last shipment is booked for late in the month and they did not want to state the change from 19,000 dmt in case of a shipping delay.

IMO no. three is the most likely!
Looking at the known quarter shipping 11,300 wmt or 10,400 dmt has gone to Guangdong Weihua leaving a possible qtr delivery to the other three agreements of Lionergy 65,000 Gangfeng 70,000 shandong 35,000 = 170,000/4 = 42,500. Thus IMO there is a great possibility to attain the reported 38,000 dmt sales for September quarter.
