Yes, I can understand why you would say that, since gxy's bod current status and recent moves do indicate that all they're doing is preserving cash. After all, that's what all the holders are hanging on to. Even if gxy management insists throwing it around anywhere other than the assets: one in a country with political instability, the other in harsher environmental conditions.
Of course you don't want eyes turned that way. Well, enjoy that cash while you can. You won't be having it for too long.
