The BBSW 6 month rate has fallen dramatically and stands at about 5.7% now.
If BBSW stays there then the coupon rate on AFGHA for the next 6 months will be around 7.8%. This is obviously somewhat lower than the 10% that is currently being paid.
At a purchase price of $13 per AFGHA note (and a coupon rate of 7.8%) it is still a fairly impressive annual yield of 60%. Just not quite as impressive as the current yield of 80%.
