Hard to believe, but BBSW is that low. In fact it has gone even lower last Friday to 5.5167%, probably reflecting the expectation that RBA will cut cash rate to 5% by year end.
By the way I just read the prospectus but I could not find the floor. Is it a subsequently added condition?
