At the time of writing this its is currently 0.285+0.295 = 0.580 and vul is trading at 0.575 so it has somewhat evened out. This issue is that the options do not have alot of volatility and given that the heads already don't have a great deal of volatility that is why you get these large swings based on sentiment.
You will be sent a conversion document by the company then you simply deposit the required amount on money for conversion and they will do so for you. Non- Broker related system. Hope this helps!
