Anyone have any idea on when spudding will occur?

Wellington did not get any of my shares.
Next time though I will trade with the swing - this stock is not good for long term holding.
I have held over a year. Up and down. Downsized but should have been like Wellington. Smart cookies!
Stinks of insider trading though!
